RALEIGH, N.C. — The Calgary Flames are going so well, they are rolling to easy victories even without their top scorer.

NEW YORK — Anaheim Ducks forward Andrew Cogliano was suspended for two games without pay by the NHL on Sunday, ending the fourth-longest consecutive games streak in NHL history. Cogliano had the longest active games streak at 830.

Montreal Canadiens forward Phillip Danault was released from hospital Sunday morning after undergoing medical tests for a head injury. He was taken off the ice on a stretcher Saturday night after he was hit in the head by a Zdeno Chara point shot.

CHICAGO — Tyler Bertuzzi made a big play in front of the net and Dominic Turgeon contributed on the penalty kill. A couple of familiar names helped the Detroit Red Wings to a nice road win.

CALGARY — The Calgary Flames placed forward Jaromir Jagr on injured reserve Sunday and recalled forward Ryan Lomberg from the American Hockey League's Stockton Heat. Jagr has a lower-body injury. The move was retroactive to Dec. 31.

NEW YORK — Mathew Barzal was terrific and Jaroslav Halak stepped up at a couple of key moments. It was the Islanders' day again in New York.

SAN JOSE, Calif. — It all happened in a flash amid a scramble in front of the goal, and Marc-Edouard Vlasic didn't want to dwell on the details — like whether he actually touched the puck on the winning goal. It was no matter.

LOS ANGELES — The latest Freeway Faceoff wasn't even three minutes old when the Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Kings dropped the gloves. They did it again on the ensuing faceoff — and again on the faceoff after that.

LAS VEGAS — The Edmonton Oilers have done something no other NHL team has this season: beat the Vegas Golden Knights twice. Darnell Nurse scored 55 seconds into overtime to lift the Oilers past Vegas 3-2 on Saturday night.

DALLAS — When Alexander Kerfoot looks at the Central Division standings, he'll still see his Colorado Avalanche at the bottom.
