The OC Transpo bus driver, accused in a crash at Westboro Station which killed three and seriously injured many others, will stand trial in 2021.
In a court hearing Tuesday, eight weeks were set aside for Aissatou Diallo's trial, which will begin in March of the year after next.
Diallo is facing three counts of dangerous driving causing death and 35 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm. She pleaded not guilty to all charges back in September.
The woman was driving an OC Transpo double-decker bus on Jan. 11 when it slammed into the pedestrian platform overhang at Westboro Station. Judy Booth, Bruce Thomlinson and Anja Van Beek died in the incident.
