MISSING WITNESS ARRESTED
On December 18, at 10:00 am, Deryl Goodfellow, age 23 of Pageant Dr. was to appear in superior court as a witness and neglected to do so. As a result a witness warrant for the arrest of Goodfellow was issued.

Yesterday at 8:50 am, officers went to his Pageant Drive address and took him into custody. A police records check of Goodfellow also revealed he was wanted on a warrant of committal for Driving Under Suspension. Goodfellow was informed of this warrant, brought to the courthouse and will then serve his sentence for Driving Under Suspension.


MAN ASSUALTS MALL SECURITY GUARD
Yesterday at 2:40 pm, at a store in the Cambrian Mall, Jeff Biluk, age 22 of 197 Grand Blvd., was stopped by a store security guard. Biluk was allegedly caught taking CDs and RCA video cable without paying for them. After the security guard identified himself, the accused pushed him 2 or3 times.

Biluk then punched the guard in the forehead and ran to McNabb Street. The victim followed and was ass
