Domestic Relate Arrest

A 23 year-old male was arrested on the 10th of February at 1:26 pm and charged with one count of threatening death or bodily harm. It is alleged that on the 28th of January the accused threatened to kill his ex-common law partner. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Shoplifter Arrested

28 year-old Christina Wesley of #207-844 Queen Street East was arrested on the 11th of February at 8 pm at the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00 and on count of enter premises when entry prohibited under the Trespass to Property Act. It is alleged that on the 11th of February around 4 pm the accused attended at the Station Mall and stole a bracelet from the Charm Jewellery Store. Security apprehended the accused when she left the store and at that time she was found in possession of a purse stolen from Arden’s and a wallet from Le Chateau. At the time of the incidents the accused was prohibited from entering the Station Mall. She is to attend court on the 29th of March.

Break and Enter Reports

• The New Marriot Hotel under construction on Great Northern Road was entered sometime overnight from the 10th – 11th of February. Several drywalling tools were reported stolen.
• A residence in the 200 block of Wellington Street East was entered during the afternoon hours yesterday. A Wii Unit and 30 movies were reported stolen.

Mischief and Theft Reports

• A vehicle window was smashed while parked at a business in the 800 block of Queen Street East. An iPod and a DVD were reported stolen.
• A van tire was slashed in the parking lot of a business parking lot in the 400 block of Great Northern Road.
