One Person in Bail Court

The only entry for bail court appearance this morning is 26 year-old Gordon Bussineau of 22 Maple Street. He was arrested on the 21st of February at 9:50 am on Northern Avenue on outstanding warrants and charged with three counts of breach of a release document. On the 21st of February at 9:50 am City Police observed the accused walking on Northern Avenue and it is alleged that at the time he was wanted on three outstanding warrants for breaching the conditions of his recognizance order by failing to report to the Sault Ste Marie Police Service on November 23rd and 30th, 2007 and the 1st of February.

Shoplifting from Canadian Tire

37 year-old Terry-Lynn Syrette of #304-441 Queen Street West was arrested on the 21st of February at 1:10 pm at Canadian Tire and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that the accused attended at Canadian Tire around 1 pm and stole a 32 inch television valued at $629.99. She was apprehended by store security and held for police. She is to attend in court on the 31st of March.
