Two Youth's Charged for Prince Charles School Break In

After concluding their investigation, officers from Investigation Services arrested two male youths yesterday afternoon in relation to the break and enter to Prince Charles School on Northern Avenue on the 18th of June.
A 14 year-old male was arrested at his central area residence just after 3 pm and charged with one count of conspiracy to commit break and enter, one count of break, enter and commit and one count of theft under $5,000.00.
A 15 year-old male was arrested on McNabb Street at around 3:35 pm and charged with one count of conspiracy to commit break and enter, one count of break, enter and commit and one count of theft under $5,000.00.
It is alleged that on the 16th of June the two accused conspired together to break into Prince Charles School during the night on the 18th of June. The two attended at the school on the 18th of June just before 3 am and broke in and stole safe containing cash inside.
The two youths are to appear in court on the 24th of July.

Youth Charged with Stolen Mustang

Officers from Investigation Services have concluded their investigation into a complaint of a stolen 1993 ford mustang on the 8th of June from Autorama on Trunk Road.
A 16 year-old male was arrested on the 21st of June at 11 am on Pilgrim Street and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00 and one count of breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. It is alleged that on the 8th of June at around 2 am the accused attended at the Autorama on Trunk Road and stole the mustang valued at approximately $3,000.00 from the parking lot. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The accused is to appear in court on the 31st of July.

Possession Charges Laid

Officers conducting property checks, observed a suspicious vehicle that was parked behind the Northern Heights Public School on Grand Boulevard at 1 am this morning. It is alleged that when officers approached and checked the vehicle that had two males inside, they observed two small bags of marihuana on the dash and one small bag on the front seat in front of the passenger. The two males were both arrested and approximately 36 grams of marihuana with a street value of around $720.00 was seized.
18 year-old Joshua MacFarlane of #9-161 Breton Road was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance. He is to appear in court on the 10th of September.
18 year-old Michael Borghese of 118 Panoramic Drive was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance. He is to appear in court on the 20th of August.

Charged for Shoplifting from Sears

22 year-old Krystal-Lynn Hart of #22-874 Queen Street East and 34 year-old Barbara Ward of #34-864 Queen Street East were both arrested at 11:34 am on the 21st of June at the Sears Store on Bay Street and are charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that around 11:30 am the two attended at Sears and stole three electric shavers, and some clothing items valued at approximately $555.82. Hart was also charged with breach of probation as she was on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour at the time of the incident. The two are to appear in court on the 23rd of July.

There was one break and enter reported yesterday:

1) A garage on Mckenzie Avenue was entered on the evening of the 20th of June at around 11 pm. Some wrenches were reported stolen.

The following mischief complaints were reported yesterday:

1) A rear window was smashed out of a vehicle parked in driveway on Florin Drive overnight on the 20th to the 21st of June.

2) Decorative lawn lights were pulled out around a flower bed on the property of a residence on Nicholas Avenue sometime on the 21st of June.

3) Papers were set on fire in two vehicles in the Lorna Drive and Birchwood Park area sometime overnight on the 21st of June.

4) A vehicle on Pozzebon Crescent was entered sometime on the 21st of June, a faceplate and the stereo inside were damaged.
