The following three persons will be attending in bail court today: 1. Darren Wilson, age 40, of 38 Pontiac St. It is alleged that last evening at approx. 11:00 pm the accused attended an address on Chapple St in an intoxicated condition.
The following three persons will be attending in bail court today:

1. Darren Wilson, age 40, of 38 Pontiac St. It is alleged that last evening at approx. 11:00 pm the accused attended an address on Chapple St in an intoxicated condition. At the time of this incident Mr. Wilson was on probation with conditions to remain away from Chapple St and not to consume alcohol. As a result Mr. Wilson is charged with two counts of breach of probation.

2. A 40-year-old male is charged with one count of mischief and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that yesterday afternoon the accused and his girlfriend were involved in an argument. The accused, who had been drinking, got upset and smashed the windshield of his girlfriend’s car. At the time of the offence the accused was on probation with conditions not to molest or annoy the victim.

3. A 50-year-old male was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and one count of mischief. It is alleged that while at an east end address, yesterday afternoon, the accused became involved in a domestic with his common-law partner and her daughter. During the argument the accused became physical and assaulted his partner by hitting her on the head with a candle. The accused also assaulted the victim’s daughter by grabbing and pushing her. When exiting the residence the accused is further alleged to have smashed the front door window. Neither victim required any medical attention.

The Sault Ste Marie Police Service received one report of a break and enter.

A residence in the 100 block of Irwin Ave was entered between 11:00 pm March 12th and 7:00 am March 13th. It is unknown at this time what was taken.

City police received two reports of thefts from vehicles yesterday.

A vehicle parked in the 600 block of Second Line W. was entered but it is unknown at this time what if anything was taken. A vehicle was also entered in the 100 block of MacDonald Ave. Thieves stole electronic equipment and a pair of prescription glasses.
