Impaired Driver 67 year-old Elaine Burmaster of #L8 Root River Trailer Park was arrested last night on Great Northern Road and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

67 year-old Elaine Burmaster of #L8 Root River Trailer Park was arrested last night on Great Northern Road and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit. Officers received a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Great Northern Road and Fourth Line East. A witness advised the van came close to being involved in an accident with another vehicle. The van was located in a parking lot close to that area with the accused behind the wheel. It is alleged that the accused was found to be under the influence of alcohol. The accused is to appear in court on the 11th of June.

Possession of a Weapon & Drugs

Officers from Investigations Services and the Emergency Service Unit executed a search warrant at 98 River Road yesterday around 4 pm. Two males were arrested regarding firearm and drug related offences. A .22 Ruger rifle, ammunition and a small amount of marihuana were seized.

1) 20 year-old James Eshkibok of 98 River Road was charged with one count of unauthorized possession of a firearm, two counts of careless storage of a firearm and ammunition and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

2) 41-year-old Joseph Eshkibok of 98 River Road was charged with two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, two counts of careless storage of a firearm and ammunition and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.
The two accused will be appearing in court on the 11th of June.

Stealing from Sears

Two persons were arrested yesterday just after 4 pm at the Sears Store in the Station Mall regarding thefts from the store. It is alleged that 20 year-old Daniel Bolduc of 122 Trelawne Avenue and 21 year-old Jennifer Petts of #5-314 Albert Street West stole a pair of binoculars valued at $69.99 and 2 Braun electric shavers valued at $229.99. The two were apprehended by store security and held for police. They are to appear in court on the 18th of June.

Break & Enter

There was a report of a break and enter to a residence on Hudson Street. The residence was entered between the 2nd of May and the 10th of May. Nothing was reported stolen.
