YOUNG STUDENT ARRESTED FOR THREATS Yesterday at approximately 11:00 am, a 13-year-old male threatened to kill a 12-year-old male. This occurred inside the classroom at an elementary school in the city's west end.

Yesterday at approximately 11:00 am, a 13-year-old male threatened to kill a 12-year-old male. This occurred inside the classroom at an elementary school in the city's west end. Patrol officers were called to the school and arrested and charged the 13 year old with Threatening Death.

During the investigation, the youth also admitted to committing two break and enters to private homes in early November. Detectives further charged him with two counts of Break and Enter. He will appear in court in late December.

Detectives also charged another 16-year-old male in relation to these break and enters. On November 6th, the 16-year-old entered the Donut Stop at Goulais Avenue and Second Line and purchased food and beverages with U.S. 50 cent coins that had been stolen from the above noted break ins. Detectives arrested and charged the youth with Possession of Stolen Property last night at 9:20 pm. He will appear in court in early January 2003.
