Police have arrested Brent Boissoneau-Stone following an assault incident that occurred last night on McNabb Street.
A news release issued today by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service alleges that the 23-year-old struck an individual several times with a chair.

On June 6, 2021, officers with Patrol Services charged 23-year-old Brent Boissoneau-Stone with assault with a weapon.
Around 8:10 p.m., police received a call of an assault in the 200 block of McNabb Street.
It’s alleged the accused struck a man known to him several times with a chair and threatened him. Upon arrival officers located the accused and he was arrested.
A search of the accused found him to be in possession of bank cards not belonging to him.
He is charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats and two counts of breach of probation.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on July 19, 2021.
