Reports of a vehicle speeding and being driven erratically on Great Northern Road on Saturday morning led to the arrest of a driver who now faces several charges.
Sault Ste. Marie Police say on April 12 at around 8 a.m., 911 communicators received reports of dangerous driving.
Officers were dispatched to the area and located the vehicle in the 700 block of North Street.

Police say the driver provided multiple breath samples to a certified breath technician, all of which registered above the legal limit.
James Gray, 39, is charged with:

- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80+)
- Dangerous Operation

The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on May 12.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and Gray is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
