The Sault Police Service's R.I.D.E. program was in operation on Friday night. There were 515 vehicles checked, 17 roadside tests were administered resulting in seven 12-hour suspensions. No impaired charged were laid.

Four reports of thefts from vehicles were received over the weekend. Autos were entered in the 100 block of Newcastle Drive, the 100 block of Curran Drive, and two vehicles were entered in the 300 block of Whitney Avenue.

Over the weekend, 31 arrests were made. Three persons will be going to bail court today. A 17-year-old female will be in court for breaching her release conditions. It appears as though she had been drinking and out past her curfew on early Saturday morning. Both were conditions of her undertaking release.

An Saturday at about 3:00 p.m., a dispute resulted in the arrest of 24-year-old Ronald Derasp, age 24 of 1602 Wellington Street East. He is charged with threatening and assault. It is alleged he grabbed a female and threatened her with bodily harm. He will
