BREAK AND ENTERS
Officers arrested 18-year-old Robert MacLary of 1652 Herkimer Street in the early hours of Saturday morning in connection with a break and enter to a Victoria Street Residence. It is alleged that he had in his possession, property that was stolen from a Victoria St. residence including jewellery and a CD. MacLary has been charged with possession of stolen property and one count of resisting arrest. A court date has been set for Jan. 7.

Officers investigated break-ins to an apartment in the 100 block of Wellington West that was reported Saturday afternoon and to a home in the 800 block of People's Road where a 2000 Toyota was also stolen.

MAN FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES
39-year-old Lewis Casola of 401 Franklin Street was arrested on Sunday morning at 1:00. He has been charged with one count of theft, one count of failing to remain at the scene of an accident and one count of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
