NEIGHBOUR CHARGED WITH THEFT
Yesterday at 3:08 pm, patrol officers were called to a residence on Churchill Ave. for a theft complaint. Officers were advised that a neighbour had attended at the victim's residence and asked to use the washroom. Once inside the suspect is alleged to have stolen $20.00 cash from a purse in the home. Officers arrested and charged Robert Lachance, age 40, of 78 Churchill Ave. with theft under $5,000.00. He will appear in court Oct 7th.


YOUNG OFFENDER STOLE RELATIVE'S DEBIT CARD
At 12:35 pm yesterday patrol officers executed arrest warrants on a 16-year-old male at a Korah Rd. address. The young offender had taken an adult relative's debit card and on 3 separate occasions in early August, made withdrawals on the account. The youth, of no fixed address, has been charged with four counts of theft under $ 5,000.00 and is scheduled to appear in bail court today.
