Police executed an arrest warrant yesterday for Luke Ralph, age 27 of Elliot Road. Ralph has been charged with assault with a weapon (a baseball bat) in an incident that occurred in Central Park on January 28 of this year.
Other than an arrest for being intoxicated in a public place, City Police have had a quiet weekend so far.
