Afternoon news:
On Sunday the 5th of May 2013 in the early morning hours, a 21 year old male formerly of an east end residence, illegally entered his estranged spouse’s home. When she awoke in the morning she found him in the home and a domestic incident ensued. The male was on previous domestic related conditions not to attend that residence and/or associate with his estranged spouse. Additionally he forcibly made her stay in the residence. Officers located the accused after an hour and half search. At 10:21 am Police Officers arrested and charged the male with three counts of Breach of Probation, Break and Enter, Forcible Confinement and Breach of a Recognizance. He will appear in bail court on May 6th.

On May 6th at 1:53 pm Officers arrested Mark Nedeau, age 26 of 196 Second Line West, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on a warrant for failing to attend court on a theft related charge. Officers also was wanted him in relation to a shoplifting charge from Sears in the Station Mall from the 19th of April 2013. He has been charged with Fail to Appear in Court and Theft under $5,000.00. He will appear in bail court on May 6th.
Morning news:
On May 4 at approximately 8:00 p.m. officers on patrol checked a female on Albert near Andrew St. A records check of her showed a warrant for fail to re-attend court on a breach of probation charge. 21 year old Tina Dawn Tremblay of 42 Cathcart St. was arrested and charged accordingly. She is scheduled to appear in WASH court.

On the 5th of May at approximately 2:00 a.m. police were called to a disturbance at Trunk and Dacey Rd. Investigation from a records check showed that a male was wanted for three counts of breach of a disposition order under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The male was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court on June 11 2013.
