A young person is facing charges of narcotics possession, trafficking and breach of undertaking after police received information causing them to search an east-end motel overnight.
A quantity of marijuana was seized, police said.
The accused, who cannot be named by news media, will make a video court appearance today through the Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) court.
Police also have an adult male in custody who's charged with violating a not-to-communicate undertaking from a previous domestic matter.
They also attendeded a Sunday-morning accident in the west end involving a single vehicle and injuries to one person that were not thought to be life-threatening.
