On September 2, 2016, City Police were dispatched in the area of Dufferin Street regarding a possible break and enter. On arrival found to males in the residence.
Both males were arrested for break and enter. Justin Tessier age 28 is scheduled to appear in court on September 26, 9 a.m.
Also arrested was Derek Roberts age 36. Roberts was also charged with two counts of breach of a recognizance. Roberts is scheduled to appear in court on September 26, 2016 at 9 a.m.
