POLICE CATCH YOUNG THIEF Yesterday at 10:55 a.m., patrol officers arrested a 17-year-old male young offender who had been entering businesses and stealing personal property from private offices.

Yesterday at 10:55 a.m., patrol officers arrested a 17-year-old male young offender who had been entering businesses and stealing personal property from private offices. The youth went into Citi-financial, the Ombudsman's Office and Dixon Hill's Restaurant, all located along Great Northern Rd., where he attempt to steal or did steal items.

He was arrested at the Cambrian Mall where he was attempting to steal items from a rear office of one of the stores. A wallet belonging to an employee at Dixon Hills Restaurant was found on the accused. The youth is scheduled to appear in Bail Court.

ACCIDENT SENDS ONE TO HOSPITAL
At 8:33 p.m. yesterday, a 1995 Chevrolet truck driven by C. W. Leo St. Jules, age 66, of 287 Fourth Ave., was westbound on Second Line West and began to turn left into the Market Mall. A 2002 Nissan 4-door driven by Christina Webb, age 22, of 1352 Third Line West, was eastbound on Second Line and collided with the ST. Jules truck as it turned. Both vehicles receiv
