The following two persons are to appear in bail court this morning: 1) A 40 year-old male was arrested on the 6th of February at 6:45 pm at his residence and charged with two counts of breach of a release document.
The following two persons are to appear in bail court this morning:

1) A 40 year-old male was arrested on the 6th of February at 6:45 pm at his residence and charged with two counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 6th of February just before 6 pm the accused contacted his ex-girlfriend at her residence by phone. At the time of the incident the accused was on conditions not to communicate with her. When officers arrested the accused he was under the influence of alcohol, breaching another release condition as he was not to consume any alcohol.

2) A 15 year-old male youth was arrested on the 6th of February at 2:35 pm in the downtown area and charged with two counts of breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and one count of obstruct peace officer. It is alleged that on the 6th of February around 2:30 pm city police checked the accused in the downtown area and at the time he was wanted for breaching his curfew order from the 4th of February. At the time officers were dealing with him he falsely identified himself. He was on further conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Two Charged with Shoplifting

1) 34 year-old Bradley Fraser of 79 Melrose Avenue was arrested on the 6th of February at 3:38 pm at Canadian Tire and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 6th of February at approximately 3:15 pm the accused attended at Canadian Tire and stole a set of wrenches valued at $119.98.
The accused was apprehended by store security and held for police. He is to appear in court on the 10th of March.

2) 18 year-old Jasmine Bergamin of 439 Second Avenue was arrested on the 6th of February at 4:15 pm at Sears in the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 6th of February at approximately 4:15 pm the accused attended at Sears and stole a pair of earrings valued at $12.97.
She was apprehended by store security and held for police. She is to appear in court on the 10th of March.

City police received two theft from vehicle reports yesterday:

1) A vehicle that was parked at the Station Mall on the 5th of February was entered. A file folder and some cash were reported stolen.

2) A vehicle parked at a residence on Southwood Drive was entered sometime overnight on the 5th of February. Two MP3 Players were reported stolen.
