Two Persons Arrested after Turning Themselves in on Outstanding Warrants 1) A 46 year-old male was arrested on the 9th of June at the police station and charged with one count of fail to appear court.
Two Persons Arrested after Turning Themselves in on Outstanding Warrants

1) A 46 year-old male was arrested on the 9th of June at the police station and charged with one count of fail to appear court. It is alleged that the accused failed to appear in court on the 2nd of June in relation to a domestic related assault from the 19th of June 2009. He is to appear in bail court this morning.
2) 21 year-old Stephanie Weber of 581 Cooper Street was arrested at the police station and charged with one count of assault with a weapon. It is alleged that the accused was wanted for an incident that occurred on the 15th of May at a local bar when she got into a dispute with a female known to her and threw a glass at her. The victim received non-life threatening injuries as a result. The accused is to attend in court on the 12th of July.

Two Mischief Related Arrests

1) A 16 year-old male youth was arrested on the 9th of June at 1:56 pm and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 9th of June around 10:30 am the accused smashed an exterior door window at a residence of a person known to him. He is to appear in court on the 13th of July.
2) A 16 year-old male youth was arrested on the 9th of June at the city police station and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.00 and one count of threaten death or bodily harm, It is alleged that the accused attended at a local high school yesterday afternoon and threatened a male student known to him and then punctured the tires of his vehicle in the parking lot. The accused is to appear in court on the 13th of July.
