Domestic Related Arrests Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 16 year-old male on the 9th March at 3 pm at the police station and charged him with two counts of breach a release document.

Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 16 year-old male on the 9th March at 3 pm at the police station and charged him with two counts of breach a release document. It is alleged that on the 5th of March the accused communicated with his ex-girlfriend when on conditions not to and also when officers attended at his residence on that evening they found that he was not home, another breach of his conditions as he was supposed to be in his place of residence at the time.

Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 36 year-old male on the 9th March and charged him with two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 7th of March the accused made numerous phone calls to his ex-girlfriend and at the time he was on probation with conditions that he not molest, harass or annoy her and he was also to keep the peace and be good.

Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 14 year-old male youth at a local youth centre and charged him with one count of assault, one count of threaten death or bodily harm, one count of mischief and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 4th of March the accused made threatening gestures towards a youth worker in the home. It is a further alleged that he threatened to kill the worker and damaged some property at the home. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be good.

Break and Enter Report
A residence in the 800 block of Queen Street East was entered sometime overnight on Tuesday. An Acer 250 laptop, some batteries and hand tools were reported stolen.

Mischief Report
Tires were slashed on a vehicle parked in a business parking lot on Northern Avenue.
