YOUNG OFFENDER ARRESTED A young offender will appear in court on April 27th after being arrested yesterday for failing to comply with a condition of his undertaking.
YOUNG OFFENDER ARRESTED
A young offender will appear in court on April 27th after being arrested yesterday for failing to comply with a condition of his undertaking. It is alleged that the young person failed to sign in at the city police station on Friday March 19th as required by the undertaking. He was apprehended at a local high school.

NOISY PARTY
Clifford Lionel Neveau, age 32 and William Mark Daigle age 35 were arrested and charged with mischief at approximately midnight last night. The 2 men are alleged to have been warned at 8pm about a noisy party that disturbed other residents of the building.

Officers were called back to the same apartment at 11:45 pm at which time the 2 men were arrested for mischief. They are scheduled to attend in court on May 3rd.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE
A domestic dispute early this morning resulted in a 25 year-old man being arrested for assault. The incident occurred in the downtown area of the city.

The accused male is alleged to have pushed the victim to the floor, poured potting soil onto the head of the victim and then threw the victim outside into the snow. The accused will appear in court on May 3rd.

ROBBERY BEING INVESTIGATED
Patrol officers are currently investigating a robbery that was reported at approximately 1:00 this morning. A 63-year-old man was stopped at the intersection of John and Wellington Streets when he was beaten up and had his van stolen.

The van is described as a 1992 Dodge Caravan, dark blue in colour with Ontario plate ALPB 208. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries and was released. If you have information regarding this incident you are asked to call the city police at 949-6300.
