Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrant Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 62 year-old Peter Schroeder of 1310 Elizabeth Street Richards Landing, Ontario last night on an outstanding warrant.
Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrant
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 62 year-old Peter Schroeder of 1310 Elizabeth Street Richards Landing, Ontario last night on an outstanding warrant. He was charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm from an incident that allegedly took place back in April 2009 when he threatened to kill a person known to him while at a local residence. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Male Youth Arrested for Mischief and Assault
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 15 year-old male youth at his residence last night and charged him with one count of mischief under $5,000, one count of assault and one count of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 2nd of March at approximately 7:21 pm officers received a call regarding the youth being out of control at his residence. When police arrived they discovered that the accused had punched a hole in a wall and assaulted a family member. At the time of the incident the accused was on an undertaking with conditions that he not molest, harass, annoy or physically interfere with that family member. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Shoplifting Arrest
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 32 year-old Elizabeth Nevitt of 14 Blucher Street at 3:20 pm yesterday at Wal-Mart and charged her with one count of theft under $5,000. It is alleged that she attended at the store at 1 pm on the 2nd of March and stole a Nintendo DS video game. She is to appear in court on the 4th of April.

Domestic Related Arrest
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 36 year-old male on the 2nd of March at 10:10 am at the court house and charged him with one count of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 28th of February and 3rd of March, the accused communicated with a female that he was on recognizance conditions not to communicate with due to past domestic related charges. He appeared in court on the 2nd of March in relation to these charges.
