ARRESTED FOR BREACH OF UNDERTAKING
Between September 25 and November 3, Edward Pietrzyk, age 52 of #309 138 East St. breached his undertaking conditions. Pietrzyk was under conditions not to communicate with a 50-year-old female or go to her residence.
He went to the victim's home on several occasions and called her on many occasions. Patrol officers arrested and charge him with Criminal Harassment and two counts of Breach of Undertaking. He will appear in court Dec 9th.
MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT AFTER BREAKING WOMAN'S ARM
Yesterday at approximately 4:30 a.m., a 37-year-old female was assaulted in a west end apartment, allegedly by Shawn Hollas, age 30 of #6 593 Wallace Terrace.
She was pushed into a wall causing her to break her right arm. At 5:20 am, police officers located Hollas and he was arrested and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The female was transported to hospital for treatment of her arm. Hollas will appear in court Dec 9th.
