CRIMINAL HARASSMENT CHARGES A 31 year-old man will appear in bail court today after being charged with criminal harassment. The incident has been an on going domestic dispute since September of 2003.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT CHARGES
A 31 year-old man will appear in bail court today after being charged with criminal harassment. The incident has been an on going domestic dispute since September of 2003. The complainant is alleged to have received numerous calls from the accused that have caused the complainant to have concern for her safety.

YOUNG OFFENDER CHARGED
A young person was arrested and charged yesterday afternoon with threatening to cause bodily harm. The accused is reported to have called the complainant a couple of times on Friday night at which time threatened to cause the complainant bodily harm. A court date of March 23rd has been set.

SEVERAL COUNTS FOR 2
2 men will appear in bail court this morning after several charges were laid following an early morning break-in. Shawn Wysinski age 24 of 59 Old Garden River Road and 19 year-old Michael Bjornaa of no fixed address are alleged to have taken a taxi from Old Garden River Rd. to a residence on Chapple Street.

The 2 men then exited the taxi without paying the fare, threatened the driver with bodily harm, and then entered a secure building and broke into an apartment. Both men are charged with 2 counts of break and enter, transportation fraud and trespass by night. In addition Wysinski is charged with threatening to cause bodily harm.

TRAFFICKING CHARGES
On Friday of last week officers from the Joint Forces Drug Unit executed a search of the residence at 152 Trelawne Avenue. The search resulted in 28 year-old Frank Ball and 32 year-old Michael Maskell of Hamilton both being charged with Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. Located in the search were several articles of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of cocaine. Mr. Maskell was also charged with 2 counts of breach of probation. A court date of March 8th has been set.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CHARGES
A motor vehicle collision at 8:00 am yesterday resulted in moderate damage to both vehicles and one driver being charged. Sarah Travers age 21 of 4 Parkshore Drive was driving north on Peoples Road attempting to make a left turn and in doing so turned across the path of a south bound vehicle on Peoples Road. Miss Travers was charged under the highway traffic act. The second vehicle was being driven by John Iaconis of 73 Bitonti Crescent. No injuries were reported
