TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
Since yesterday morning, officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated 22 motor vehicle collisions. Most were of a minor nature and could be attributed to the weather conditions.

With more inclement weather on the way, drivers are cautioned to adjust their driving habits to the road conditions. Slippery/snow packed roads require greater distances to stop. Remember to increase the distance you follow a vehicle.

Blowing snow will reduce visibility and make driving much more dangerous. A little extra care when driving can make the roadways much safer for everyone.
