Yesterday morning, Billy Lee Anderson, age 20 of 12 Beech Street, was in attendance at the Sault Ste. Marie courthouse when it became known to officers that there was an outstanding warrant for Anderson’s arrest. Mr. Anderson was wanted for breach of recognizance. He will appear in bail court this morning at 10:00.


MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE
Robert Joseph Raymo, age 23 of 216-23 Terry Fox Place, will appear in court on May 3rd after being arrested last night for mischief. It is alleged that the city police received several calls from tenants of the apartment building where Raymo lives about loud noise and fighting. Mr. Raymo received warnings from the police about the continuous noise from his apartment.

When officers received a call at approximately 11:00 pm, Raymo was arrested for Mischief in relation to property. A second man, 23 year-old Mark Elmer Massicotte, was also arrested for mischief and he is scheduled to appear in court on May 3rd.


TWO ARRESTED IN PARKING LOT
21 year-old Henry Cadreau of 28 Hughes Street and a young offender were arrested at 11:30 Monday night in the parking lot of the JBC Variety on Gore Street. Upon speaking to the 2 accused persons officers learned that the young person was on an undertaking not to associate with Cadreau.

Cadreau was also on a probation order to keep the peace and be good. Subsequent to Cadreau’s arrest he was found to be in possession of a knife that opens by centrifugal force. Both offenders will appear in bail court this morning.

The young offender is charged with breach of undertaking and Cadreau is charged with breach of probation, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

In a related incident, 18-year-old David Maynard Hache was arrested for breach of undertaking. Hache’s undertaking prohibited him from associating with the young offender that was arrested in the parking lot of the JBC Variety. It is alleged that Hache and the young person were in the same vehicle. Hache will also appear in bail court this morning.
