Impaired Driver

On the 17 February 2009 at approx. 07:48 pm officers checked a motor vehicle in the parking lot of 44 Great Northern Road. As a result 54 year old Roseanne Allen of 55 Blake St. in the city of Sault Ste. Marie will appear in court on the 30th of March at 09:00 am to answer to the charge of impaired operation and failing to provide a breath sample.

Theft

Steven Allan Folgora age 37 of 152 Trelawne Ave. was arrested on the 17 February 2009 and charged with 1 count of theft under. Folgora was apprehended by Sears’s security after he left without paying for a watch valued at $49.99. He will appear in court on the 16th March 2009.

Break and Enters

City Police are currently investigating a break and enter to a home in the 600 block of Cooper St. It is not known what was taken at this time.

A break in occurred at a home in the 200 block of Beverly St. over the weekend. Items reported taken included liquor and several Royal Dalton Figurines.

City Police attended at a home in the 1200 block of Town Line for a break and enter. Jewelry, laptops, a camera were reported taken.
