OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 21 year-old Natasha Dool was arrested this morning because of outstanding arrest warrants. In December of last year Miss Dool failed to appear for finger printing on 2 separate occasions.
OUTSTANDING WARRANTS
21 year-old Natasha Dool was arrested this morning because of outstanding arrest warrants. In December of last year Miss Dool failed to appear for finger printing on 2 separate occasions. She will appear in court on March 8th to face 2 counts of failing to appear for prints and 2 counts of breach of probation.

A young offender attended at the city police station to deal with an outstanding warrant for their arrest. The young offender was scheduled to appear in court on January 13th for the original charge of taking a motor vehicle without consent. A new court date has been set for March 9th to deal with the taking of the motor vehicle and for failing to appear in court.

TURNS SELF IN
Andrew Little, age 19 of 671 Queen Street West turned himself in at the city police station after he failed to appear in court on Monday February 2nd. Mr. Little was scheduled in court for a mischief charge that occurred in November of last year. He is now scheduled to appear in court on March 8th for the mischief, fail to appear and breach of probation charges.

FAILING TO APPEAR
Detectives from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 29 year-old Aaron Morin of 243 Hampton Road for failing to appear in court on February 2nd. Mr. Morin was scheduled to be in court to answer to 2 counts of assault from an incident that occurred on November 3rd, 2003. A new court date has been set for March 8th.

DRUG BUST
Officers from the Joint Forces Drug Unit arrested and charged 33 year-old Craig William Smith of 250 Albert Street East with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. The officers found Mr. Smith to be in possession of 235 grams of cannabis resin (hash oil) with an estimated street value of $4680. A court date of March 8th has been set for Mr. Smith.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Patrol officers arrested and charged 32 year-old Tammy Lynn Palmer of 912 Bonney Street yesterday with Criminal Harassment. It is alleged that Ms. Palmer called the complainant on several occasions and caused the complainant to fear for the safety of herself and her family. Ms. Palmer is scheduled to appear in court on March 8th.

FENDER BENDER
A motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Albert and Blucher Streets resulted in light damage to both vehicles, one driver being charged and one driver receiving minimal injuries. Genesis Paciocco, age 42 of 409 Nixon Road was traveling east on Albert Street at 10:39 am when a car pulled out onto Albert St. from Blucher St. causing the 2 vehicles to collide.

As a result Mr. Paciocco received a minimal injury and Guido Cedolia, age 83 of 670 North Street was charged with Failing to yield to traffic on a through highway
