A sixth male was arrested in connection to the search warrant that was executed at 588 Albert Street West-Apt#405 from the 17th of March:

Earlier Release: On the 17th of March 2008, at approximately 5:32 pm, members of the CORE-Street Team, Patrol and the Emergency Services Unit executed a search warrant at 588 Albert Street West-Apt#405. It is alleged that during the course of the search, officers located a stolen 12gauge shotgun with ammunition, a total of 32.9 grams of cocaine, various packaging materials, a digital scale, cash money totalling $400.00(seized as offence related property), a cellular telephone, a stolen computer, and a stolen television. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $3,290.00.

19 year-old Daniel Lepage of 588 Albert Street West-Apt#405 was arrested on the 18th of March at 2:30 pm while in custody at the Algoma Remand and Treatment Centre and was charged with the following offences:
One count of possession of a weapon for purpose dangerous to public
One count of careless use or storage of a firearm – breach of regulations
One count of careless use or storage of ammunition – breach of regulations
One count of possession of a weapon obtained by crime
One count of unauthorized possession of a firearm
Two counts of possession of property obtained by crime
One count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance
One count of breach of probation
The accused is to appear in bail court this morning.

The following break and enters were reported yesterday:

1) A garage on Langdon Road was entered between the 17th of March after 5pm and 5:30 am on the 18th. A black 2001 Arctic Cat Snow Machine and trailer were reported stolen.

2) A residence on Lennox Avenue was entered on the 13th of March. A Laptop computer was reported stolen.
