The following two persons are to appear in bail court this morning:

1) A 19 year-old male was arrested on the 26th of March at 12:36 am at a west end residence and charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm, one count of threaten damage to property and one count of mischief under $5,000.00. It is alleged that one the 26th of May at approximately 12:15 am the accused attended at a residence that his ex-girlfriend was at and continuously banged on a door and window in attempts to get her to come out to talk with him. The window was broke and the police were called. Police attended and investigated the incident and learned that the accused had left several threatening messages throughout the day on the answering machine of his ex-girlfriend, threatening to damage her property and to kill her new boyfriend.

2) A 14 year-old female was arrested on the 25th of March at 8:50 pm at her residence and charged with one count of possession of a weapon for purpose dangerous to public, one count of assault with a weapon and one count of threaten death or bodily harm. It is alleged that on the 25th of March at approximately 8:16 pm the accused got into a verbal argument with her 18 year-old sister at their residence that escalated physically. During the altercation the accused grabbed a meat clever from a kitchen drawer, held it over the head of the victim in a threatening manner and threatened to kill her. No injuries were reported.

Assault with a Weapon & Threaten Death

A 12 year-old female was arrested on the 25th of March at 10:35 am and charged with one count of assault with a weapon, one count of threaten death or bodily harm and two counts of assault. It is alleged that on the 25th of March at approximately 9:50 am at a local youth group home, the accused made threatening gestures with a knife towards two of the youth workers and made threats to kill one of them. It is further alleged that she bit one worker in the arm area and punched the other in the face. Both victims received non-life threatening injuries. Police attended and located the accused a short time later walking in the area of the group home. The accused is to appear in court on the 6th of May.
