The following four persons are to appear in bail court this morning: 1) 43 year-old Allen Carey of #30-864 Queen Street East and 51 year-old Timothy Jones of no fixed address were arrested on the 4th of March at 11:59 am at the Station Mall and both
The following four persons are to appear in bail court this morning:

1) 43 year-old Allen Carey of #30-864 Queen Street East and 51 year-old Timothy Jones of no fixed address were arrested on the 4th of March at 11:59 am at the Station Mall and both charged with one count of uttering a forged document. Timothy Jones was also charged with one count of possession of a weapon for purpose dangerous to public. It is alleged that on the 4th of March around 10:40 am the two attended at the Zellers Pharmacy in the Station Mall with a forged prescription in attempts to receive medication. Police were notified and attended in the area. The two accused attended back at the Pharmacy a short time later to pick up the prescription, but were denied the drugs. They attempted to leave the mall but were apprehended by police. At the time of the arrest, the accused Jones was carrying a hatchet in his hand.

2) A 49 year-old male was arrested on the 4th of March at 5:25 pm on North Street and charged with one count of break, enter and commit and one count of criminal harassment. It is alleged that on the 4th of March at approximately 5:07 pm the accused broke into his ex-common-law spouse’s residence and attempted to steal some of her property. A witness observed the accused attempting to leave the residence and notified police. The accused fled on foot but was located and apprehended by police on North Street. The victim was not at the residence at the time of the incident. The accused has been recently involved with previous domestic related incidents involving this victim and has been recently charged with assaulting her.

3) A 13 year-old male youth was arrested on the 4th of March at 1:20 pm at his residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that during an afternoon school filed trip on the 6th of February, the accused pushed and punched a school counselor in the face. The victim was not injured.

Break & Enter

There was a break and enter reported to a residence on Gloucester Street that occurred between 10 am and 4:07 pm on the 4th of March. A computer monitor was reported stole.
