CAUGHT WITH STOLEN PROPERTY On November 2nd, Steven Bowes, age 41 of #311-138 East St., allegedly attempted to sell a clothes iron, to Cotton Colour on Gore Street. This iron was stolen on November 4th from Life's a Stitch on Queen Street.

On November 2nd, Steven Bowes, age 41 of #311-138 East St., allegedly attempted to sell a clothes iron, to Cotton Colour on Gore Street. This iron was stolen on November 4th from Life's a Stitch on Queen Street.

He then returned to Cotton Colour yesterday to sell a set of scales. At 1:58 pm, detectives from the Investigation Services Section were called and Bowes was arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec 9th.

During the investigation, detectives spoke with Edward Pietrzyk, age 51 of 309-138 East St. They learned that on September 26th, he had been placed on a court-imposed undertaking with the condition of notifying City Police of any change of address.

Yesterday, the accused identified himself to one of the police detectives and gave his address as 138 East St. The accused was on an undertaking with the address of 228 Cathcart Street. Detectives arrested and charged him with Breachin
