MAN ARRESTED FOR ASSAULTING FEMALE
Yesterday at 6:10am, city police arrested Richard Powley, age 33, of 38 Edinburgh Street. It is alleged he committed an assault on a female and also breached his probation. Powley will appear in bail court today.
CARS AND HOUSES ARE "EGGED"
Although there weren't any major incidents to report from overnight, police were still kept fairly busy. There were numerous incidents of houses and cars being splattered with eggs. These incidents were reported in all parts of the city. There were 18 "egg" complaints as well as 3 reports of Halloween decorations being stolen or damaged.
ROCK THROWING INCIDENTS
Two rock throwing incidents were reported in the Manitou Park area. A city transit bus had one of its windows broken by a rock as did a house. The two events took place about 8:30pm yesterday.
