🎭 Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patrons, assisting with ticket sales and inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a passion for the performing arts.
🎭 Assistant Box Office Manager
The Assistant Box Office Manager will support the Box Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing ticketing systems, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in customer service or ticketing.
