We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Lottery Product Optimization Manager to support product and category optimization initiatives that enhance performance across multiple lines of our retail lottery business. As an individual contributor, this role leverages data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, support category planning and forecasting, and improve synergies within the business. It also plays a key role in standardizing performance frameworks and driving more effective cross-functional collaboration & decision making .

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr Manager Lottery Product Optimization, you will be empowered to:

Product Optimization

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance product and category performance by evaluating key trends, gaps, and growth areas across multiple lines of business (LOBs)
  • Lead and support product optimization initiatives that align with broader business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements
  • Analyze customer behavior, marketing data, sales data, and campaign performance to generate insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and tactical decisions.
  • Help support optimizing content on owned assets (e.g., CDU’s DMB’s, DPS & DBS) and run analysis on A/B testing to inform content strategy.
  • Support in customer segmentation development and implementation for CRM platform to improve overall customer engagement
  • Execute CRM experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to refine targeting and engagement.
  • Create and deliver presentations on owned assets test results, pilots, and performance learnings to educate stakeholders and inform cross-functional planning.
  • Collaborate with the research team to evaluate category level initiatives through research, other lottery learnings, past game launches and partners in the industry

Planning

  • Assist with quarterly planning and monthly forecasting by managing timelines, consolidating stakeholder inputs, and preparing supporting materials and documentation
  • Design and implement standardized work templates and frameworks that offer a holistic view of performance and promote consistent, efficient ways of working across teams
  • Consolidating and analyzing cross-functional data to contribute to accurate, insight-led performance forecasts.
  • Prepare input materials and presentation decks for stakeholders to enable clear, data-backed decision-making.
  • Tracking product spend against budgets and forecasts for the product teams.
  • Support the development of category level annual revenue targets to meet enterprise strategic priorities and make recommendations as needed
  • Evaluate product /category performance to quantify results and identify issues, challenges and recommend course corrections

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work Experience: 5+ years of related experience in a similar role   

Education: University degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing or a related field; knowledge of marketing principles including product, promotion, pricing & market research 

Critical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong attention to detail with the ability to structure and develop compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to distill complex data into stake holder friendly storytelling; comfortable working with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations; effective relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills; conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills; organization and time management skills
