Danika (she/her) is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space for her clients. With a masters degree in counselling psychology and a background in providing yoga instruction and evidence-informed naturopathic medicine, Danika understands the importance of taking a holistic approach to mental health. In session, Danika draws from her training and experience with CBT, CFT, DBT, PE, mindfulness, as well as somatic and narrative therapies. Her approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and highly personalized to each of her clients' unique preferences and needs.
