The Perzia Group has also delivered some of the most significant residential developments in the city’s history. The former City Hall site redevelopment, launched in 1980, introduced over 200 residential units and 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial space to downtown—redefining mixed-use living in the Soo. While those properties were divested in 2019 and 2021, they remain a proud part of our legacy.

Today, that same spirit of renewal continues with the redevelopment of 110 Pim Street, the long-vacant site of historic Tara Hall. Now rising as a five-storey, 108-unit modern residential building, the project reflects The Perzia Group’s forward-thinking vision—creating housing that’s walkable, centrally located, and connected to the urban fabric of the city.
