SooToday meteorologist Jerry Shields says there will be flurries today, with a chance of snow squalls. Local snow will also be blowing in the afternoon, the snowfall is expected to amount to anywhere between 10 and 15 cm. The wind will be northwestward at 30 km/h gusting up to 50 km/h early in the afternoon.
The daytime high is forecasted to be -6 C, with the wind chill dropping the temperature to around -15 C
Tonight, flurries and snow squalls are expected, with the overnight low being -10 C.
