SooToday meteorologist Jerry Shields says we may see fog and mist this morning that gives way to cloudy skies and daytime highs near +4C.
For the parade, northerly winds develop to bring in colder temperatures into the city. The heavy snow from a large storm system will remain well to the east towards Sudbury and North Bay tonight.
