Clear skies are in store for today after a night of bitterly cold temperatures. For the second day in a row, the Sault has recorded yet another record low temperature early this morning as the mercury sat at -32.4°C.
The temperature will be -30°C this morning before rising to -18°C this afternoon. The windchill value will be in the -20s this afternoon.
Clouds will move in this evening with the potential of a few snow showers. Periods of snow arrive tonight. The temperature is expected to climb this evening as a southerly flow develops.
