Snowfall accumulations of 5-10 cm are expected by this evening with an additional 2-4 cm possible tonight. Locally higher amounts will be possible for areas north of the city. Temperatures reach -10°C by dawn, and to an afternoon high of -4°C. A breezy southwesterly wind will make it feel closer to -10 this afternoon.
