With week one of the VM Radio Battle of the Bands in the books, it will be The Bear Hunters who move on to meet three other competitors in the final showdown on Wednesday, March 24.
The local metal band was pitted against Honest Job and Infamous Wednesday night at the Canadian Night Club, fighting for a slew of prizes in number of categories, including Best Overall Band, Best Original Song, Best Drummer, Best Bass Player, Best Guitar Player, Best Vocal Performance, Most Energetic Band, Fan Favourite, and Most Enthusiastic Fan.
The inaugural showcase closed with a performance from The Pixo Control, Tidal Records' newest artists.
Presented in collaboration with VM Radio and Tidal Records, this first annual Battle of the Bands happens every Wednesday evening in March and is a licensed all-ages event.
