Well it wasn't quite the kings of metal themselves, but after a few giant jugs at the Eastgate, I couldn't tell the difference.

Metallica cover band "Misery" Played the Eastgate Saturday night for a rowdy Sault Ste.Marie crowd.

The band took to the stage around 10 and was getting into all kinds of mischief. One fast metallica classic after another got everybody jumping with the band and screaming their lungs out. The action didn't stop until after last call.

"Misery" Front man Miguel Spires is pictured above. His startling resemblence to Metallica's own singer/guitarist
James Hetfield was the best part of all.
