A perfect summer afternoon greeted visitors to the 2nd annual Square One Block Party this Saturday as hundreds gathered to enjoy free food and refreshments, live entertainment, activities and prizes.
Between noon and 7 p.m., kids enjoyed a number of activities, including chalk art, painting, hulaa hoops, and face painters as the adults sipped beverages on the licensed patio while live bands performed on Queen Street.
This year's performers included the Summitband, Machines Dream, Ryan Seabrook, Changing Lanes, and many more.
The event was free to attend and graciously sponsored by Case's Music, Village Media, Loplops Gallery-Lounge, the Downtown Association and Queenstown Square One merchants.
