Bon Soo 'Battle of the Bands'

Registrations are now being accepted for "Battle of the Bands," sponsored by the Sault Star.

The competition is one of the featured events of the 2007 Ontario Winter Carnival Bon Soo.

Bands will perform at the Best Western Great Northern during the preliminaries on January 18th, 25th and February 1st, with the finals taking place Friday February 9th at the Holiday Inn.

The winning band will receive a recording session and other prizes.

To enter a band or for more information, contact the Bon Soo office, 759-3000.

The 2007 Bon Soo Carnival takes place February 2nd to 11th.
