Residents came out in droves Sunday afternoon as the Canadian Royal Purple Lodge 155 hosted their annual Christmas Tea at the Elks Hall.
Hosting for the first time since 2019, members of the Royal Purples served lots of tea, as well as a variety of sandwiches, desserts, and other finger foods.
The event included a bake sale, as well as a raffle draw which featured a wide assortment of prizes and goodies.
Organizers say they were blown away by the turnout, and they’re already looking forward to hosting the next one.
Proceeds from the event will go towards local charities and initiatives.
