Sault Ste. Marie Public Library is inviting students to a summer beach party this Friday.
June 6 is a P.A. Day and there’s a day of ocean and beach-themed fun planned at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library.
The fun kicks off at 10 a.m. with storytime. After that, there’s crafts and activities until 3 p.m. where young adventurers can make their own leis, design mini pool noodle boats and dive into a variety of ocean-inspired crafts.
“Whether you’re dreaming of sandy shores or riding the waves of imagination, this drop-in event is perfect for kids of all ages,” said the library in a news release.
“Come sail into a day of free fun and creativity - no sunscreen required! We hope to SEA you there.”
