WHEN: February 1 through February 14
THE CONTEST: Check out any two romance items (novels, videos, DVDs, etc.) at any library branch and you will become eligible to enter a draw for a valentine gift.
WINNERS DECLARED: Draws will take place at all branches on Valentine’s Day, February 14, at 2 p.m.
